OWNER-APPROVED ENGLISH VERSION — EFFECTIVE 26 AUGUST 2026. Version 1.0.0. Independent Czech legal review is recommended but has not been obtained. Your right to withdraw

If you are an EEA consumer entering the contract online, you normally have 14 days from conclusion of the service contract to withdraw without giving a reason, unless a lawful exception applies. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send an unambiguous withdrawal statement before the period ends.

The seven-day trial does not shorten this statutory period. Cancelling future renewal in billing settings and withdrawing from the contract are different actions; you may do either where available.

Immediate performance during the withdrawal period

DIRI AI begins providing the ongoing digital service when you activate the trial. Checkout must ask for any express request required to begin performance during the 14-day period. If you validly withdraw after requesting early performance, DIRI AI may charge only a proportionate amount for the service already supplied where the law permits and all required information was provided.

DIRI AI will not use a blanket “no withdrawal” statement for an ongoing service. Any exception for fully supplied digital content requires all separate statutory conditions and acknowledgements. Mandatory law in your country may give you broader rights.

Effects of withdrawal

When withdrawal is valid, DIRI AI will return payments required by law without undue delay and no later than the applicable statutory deadline, using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise. Access may end when withdrawal is processed. You may request eligible Customer Content in an available commonly used, machine-readable format as described in the Terms.

How to withdraw

Send an unambiguous statement through the authenticated contact form, to legal@diriai.com or by calling +420 730 809 601. You may use, but do not have to use, the model form below. The recipient is František Mráz, trading as DIRI AI, at the registered address stated in the Legal Notice. Keep proof of sending. We will confirm receipt on a durable medium. The telephone is provided here because the statutory model withdrawal instructions require it; written submission is recommended so both sides have a durable record.
