Sample, synthetic dialogue
See a practice call before you sign up
Three short sample calls show how a practice conversation runs and what one useful tip looks like. No sign-up, no e-mail, nothing is recorded.
Text only. These dialogues were written by us. They are not recordings of real people.
Cold call that asks for consent first
A seller asks whether it is a good moment and respects the answer.
- SellerHello, this is Alex from Northwind Software. I am calling about scheduling tools. Is now a good moment for 30 seconds?
- Customer (AI role)I am between meetings. What is this about?
- SellerFair question. We help small teams plan shifts. May I ask how you plan them today?
- Customer (AI role)A shared spreadsheet. It works, mostly.
- SellerThanks. If it mostly works, I will not push. Would a short e-mail with one example be useful?
- Customer (AI role)Yes, send the e-mail.
Customer says it is too expensive
A seller listens to the objection before answering it.
- Customer (AI role)Honestly, the price is too high for us.
- SellerI understand. Too high compared to what, if I may ask?
- Customer (AI role)Our current tool costs half as much.
- SellerThank you. What does the current tool not do that costs you time?
- Customer (AI role)Reports take my team a whole afternoon.
- SellerThen let us compare that afternoon with the price difference. Shall we do it together?
Insurance review without time pressure
An advisor summarises needs before suggesting anything.
- SellerThank you for your time. Before I suggest anything, may I ask what changed in your life this year?
- Customer (AI role)We bought a flat and have a baby on the way.
- SellerCongratulations. So you want to protect the mortgage and your family's income. Is that right?
- Customer (AI role)Yes, exactly.
- SellerThen I will show you two options and the costs. There is no deadline; take the time you need.
- Customer (AI role)That is helpful. Please send them.
What this sample is and is not
- The dialogues are synthetic and written for illustration. No real customer, employee or recording is shown.
- In a real practice call you talk to an AI that plays the customer. It is always labelled as AI.
- DIRI AI is a training tool. It does not evaluate people at work and is not meant for hiring, promotion or other employment decisions.
- The tip is an example of the format. No results, success rates or statistics are claimed.
