DIRI AI Accessibility Statement

Version 1.0.0Effective 26 August 2026Owner-approved English version

OWNER-APPROVED ENGLISH VERSION — EFFECTIVE 26 AUGUST 2026. Version 1.0.0. Independent Czech legal review is recommended but has not been obtained. This English document applies only where English satisfies applicable language requirements. Publication does not enable paid signup, Stripe Live, a blocked territory or an unverified product capability.

Commitment

DIRI AI aims to make its website, account, training controls, reports, checkout and support usable by people with disabilities. The design target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA and relevant EN 301 549 requirements, applied proportionately to the service and supported technology.

The exact legal applicability, including any microenterprise exemption for services, must be recorded before launch. DIRI AI intends to improve accessibility even where an exemption applies.

Current status

Formal accessibility conformance has not been audited and the conformance status is therefore undetermined. This statement must not be changed to “fully compliant” based only on automated tests. Keyboard, screen-reader, zoom/reflow, contrast, reduced-motion, voice/text alternative and mobile checks are required with human verification.

Launch requirements and known review areas

Before paid activation and after material interface changes, DIRI AI must verify:

  • keyboard access, visible focus and logical focus order across marketing, signup, account, billing portal and training flows;
  • semantic headings, landmarks, labels, errors and status announcements;
  • 200%/400% zoom, reflow, contrast and non-colour cues;
  • pause/stop controls and reduced-motion support;
  • a text route or equivalent accommodation for voice-dependent training where reasonably possible;
  • transcript/report readability and identification of AI-generated feedback;
  • accessible language selection and no unexpected mid-session language change;
  • accessible checkout and third-party payment/provider components; and
  • contact, withdrawal, complaint and cookie choices without a telephone-only requirement.

Any confirmed limitation should be listed here with the affected route, impact, workaround and expected remediation rather than hidden behind a generic statement.

Feedback and alternative access

Report a barrier through the accessible contact form or support@diriai.com. Include the page or feature, assistive technology/browser if relevant, what you were trying to do and the format or accommodation needed. Do not include unnecessary health information.

The first-response goal is two business days. We will try to provide the information or core action in an accessible alternative while the issue is investigated. This goal is not an SLA and does not replace a mandatory deadline.

Preparation and review

This statement was prepared on 26 August 2026 from a documentation and code review, not a complete accessibility audit or user test. It must be reviewed after material interface changes.
