Direct contact

The owner expressly authorised this telephone for legally necessary trader and withdrawal information only. It must not be repeated in the marketing footer, ordinary support pages, advertisements or public profiles. The role-address routes are active and configured; individual inbound and role-safe reply end-to-end evidence was not captured as at the effective date. Paid activation remains disabled until contact intake and telephone reachability are operationally verified. Routine product, billing, privacy and security requests should use the relevant role address or authenticated form so they can be tracked and answered in writing.

Service and contracting information

The service is provided from the Czech Republic. Contracts are concluded electronically in the language shown at checkout. Before a customer submits an order that creates a payment obligation, checkout must show the selected plan, billing period, exact total price, any applicable taxes, trial end, first-charge date, renewal rule, cancellation method and links to the effective Terms and Privacy Policy. The customer must receive confirmation on a durable medium.

Technical steps for concluding the contract, correction of input errors, supported languages, compatibility and interoperability requirements must be shown in checkout or linked product documentation. Effective contracts and invoices are stored for the periods stated in the Privacy Policy and Retention Policy and made available where the product supports it.
