1. Standard plans
Standard self-service plans and trials do not include a contractual percentage uptime, 24/7 human support, guaranteed response or resolution time, recovery-time objective, recovery-point objective or automatic service credit. DIRI AI will use reasonable care to provide the contracted digital service and necessary security updates.
This Policy does not exclude mandatory consumer conformity, defect, price-reduction, termination or refund rights. “No SLA” does not mean “no legal responsibility”.
2. Availability events
Availability can be affected by maintenance, security response, provider failure, customer devices or networks, unsupported configurations, internet routing, force majeure and lawful suspension. DIRI AI will not count an event as customer-caused without reasonable evidence.
Planned maintenance should be scheduled to reduce disruption and announced in advance where it is likely to have a material effect. Emergency security or legal work may occur without advance notice, with information supplied as soon as reasonably safe.
3. Incident communications
Material incidents should be communicated through a verified in-app, status or email channel, with useful updates until containment. Security-sensitive detail, another customer's information and an unverified cause may be withheld. Personal-data breach notices follow the Incident Notification Policy and legal deadlines, not this availability policy.
4. Support targets
The Support Policy contains first-response goals. They are not an availability SLA and do not guarantee a fix by a stated time. A provider escalation or complex data investigation may take longer.
5. Statutory and discretionary remedies
Consumers retain all mandatory remedies for non-conforming or materially unavailable digital services. DIRI AI may also grant a pro-rata refund or credit under the Refund Policy for a verified material DIRI AI-controlled failure. A discretionary credit cannot replace a mandatory cash remedy.
6. Custom business or public-sector SLA
A percentage SLA, service credit, dedicated coverage, support language, recovery objective or procurement commitment applies only in a separately signed order that states:
- service boundary and measurement source;
- uptime formula and excluded events;
- support hours, severity definitions and response/restoration targets;
- maintenance and incident communication;
- credit calculation, claim process and sole-remedy scope where lawful;
- data region, recovery testing and security dependencies; and
- fees, liability and order precedence.
A marketing conversation, plan label or provider's own SLA does not create a DIRI AI enterprise SLA.
